We held a Fun Miso-Making Gathering in Kitanaka, Yokohama.

We held a Miso-Making Gathering at The Tower Yokohama Kitanaka (5F) in Bashamichi, Yokohama. With the cooperation of Tokyo Happiness Co., Ltd., we welcomed eight participants to a workshop covering everything from how rice kouji is made to how miso is made.

Each participant made 500g of miso to take home.
