We held a Kouji Amazake-Making Gathering in Kitanaka, Yokohama.

We held a Kouji Amazake-Making Gathering at The Tower Yokohama Kitanaka (5F) in Bashamichi, Yokohama. With the cooperation of Tokyo Happiness Co., Ltd., we welcomed eight participants to a workshop covering everything from how rice kouji is made to how kouji amazake is made.

Participants made Koshihikari rice amazake, Sagabiyori rice amazake and Shin-Taisho glutinous rice amazake, as well as shio-kouji, and took them home.
