A junmai sake brewed with great care in the ginjo style from Ishikawa-mon, a sake rice grown in Ishikawa Prefecture and polished to 50%. Enjoy its gentle mouthfeel, rich flavor and refreshing ginjo aroma.

Fruity on the palate, smooth and easy to drink, with a pleasant aroma and a crisp finish. A junmai sake that does not overpower delicate Japanese cuisine. Enjoy it at room temperature or chilled.
