Toyama Television featured our initiative to use dried-persimmon peel as an edible ingredient.

As a new way of putting the SDGs into practice, an initiative with the Toyama Dried Persimmon Shippers' Association to dry, sterilise and powder dried-persimmon peel for use as an edible ingredient was featured on Toyama Television (broadcast on 17 November 2022).
