Tulip Television in Toyama featured our initiative to dry, sterilise and powder dried-persimmon peel with superheated steam, upcycling it into an edible ingredient (broadcast on 21 November 2022).

The programme showed how persimmon peel that used to be thrown away is being turned into an edible ingredient as a new way of putting the SDGs into practice.
